The deal brings his total career earnings to $272m, and it also comes with a sta tue in CF, his number retired, a 1st ballot HOF entrance almost guaranteed, a ba seball field and also a street named after him in Cleveland.
Jose marches at the beat of his own drum, and I respect that. He will laugh at t he critics all the way to the bank on his way to Cooperstown.

José Ramirez’s restructured contract with the Guardians includes annual salari es of $25 million from 2026 to ‘32, with $10 deferred each year, per source.
