很懷念這種招牌的鹹酥雞
雖然以前常有用回鍋油的傳聞
以前還有臭豆腐店會拿鹹酥雞店換下來的油來炸豆腐的傳聞
想起以前有種長條狀的魚漿製品叫沙嗲(?)
除了在鹽酥雞店會看到
還有那種綜合甜不辣(菜頭魯)也會放
