(2) @Yankees: The New York Yankees today announced that they have acquired infielder J.D. Davis and cash considerations from the Oakland Athletics in exchange for infielder Jordan Groshans.

To make room on the 40-man roster, the Yankees have transferred RHP Nick Burdito the 60-day injured list.

(3) @BryanHoch: Giancarlo Stanton said that he expects to miss about four weeks. He did get a PRP injection during the game today.

(4) @BryanHoch: Oswald Peraza is "up for the day" to provide versatility and athleticism off the bench, Aaron Boone said.

(5) @BryanHoch: Oswald Peraza was hitting .178 at Triple-A. This would have been a prime opportunity to call up Jasson Domínguez, had he been healthy. Giancarlo Stanton’s injury could mean more turns in the DH role for Aaron Judge.
